	Mass Mixer

The mass mixer is ideally suitable for mixing of wet mass, dry powders with wet mass, etc. for the preparation of pharmaceutical mass for the preparations of tablets.

The trough design is such as to evenly distribute the material throughout.
The unique blade design and placement facilitate in the mass moving completely from top to bottom and laterally from one end to the other without operator interference.

	Octagonal Blenders

The octagonal blenders used for dry powder-powder mixing and also for lubrication of powders, granules, etc. the blender is provided with a specially designed drum with removable baffles coupled to a suitable motor and gear box assembly. Due to its unique design, the power consumption is reduced with optimum performance. It is provided with a manhole at one side for cleaning and a butterfly for loading/unloading of material at the other side. The blender is provided with an electrical panel with timer. The blender is provided with standard safety features like railing with interlock to the motor, etc. it is optionally available with a charging container for charging of material into the blender.

	Rapid Mixer Granulators

The Rapid mixer granulators (RMG) are used for dry mixing and wet granulation in the same bowl in a short time cycle. It is provided with a specially designed bottom entry dual speed mixing blade and a side entry high speed chopper blade for performing the respective operations. The discharge is with the help of a pneumatic discharge valve for complete product removal. A charging port with hopper is provided for charging of material during operation. The machine is provided with various interlock for the motor and the top bowl. Also for the discharge with the granulator motor, etc. The machine is provided with an electrical panel mounted onto the platform itself for the various controls. It can optionally be provided with a PLC panel with data logging. It is available in various as per requirement.
