 | Multi Column Distillation Plant | | |
| Multi Column Distilled Water still is designed to produce sterile, pyrogen free distilled water conforming to I.P./B.P. & LAL TEST specifications. The still works on interstage heat exchange principle whereby the distillate is produced at a fraction of the cost as compared to single column stills. All contact parts are made out of AISI 316 quality and mirror polished.
OPERATION
Multi Column Distilled water still works on interstage heat exchanger principle. The pre-heated feed water is fed to the first column where it is heated by means of steam from the boiler. Due to heat exchange, surface evaporation of the feed water takes place whereby a part of the feed water is converted into steam. In the process steam itself distills back to water. The steam with high velocity and under pressure passes through a specially designed baffle which creates a unique centrifugal force which removes impurities such as pyrogens and endotoxins which are blown out of the system. Condensing vapor from the previous stage is used as heating vapor for the next stage. The process is repeated through the last column, each column working at a lower pressure and temperature than the previous one. Due to the pressure difference between the columns, the energy supplied to the first column is repeatedly re-used in the system. Only the first column is heated using an external source of energy and only the vapor from the last column is condensed with external cooling water. Thus upto 70% energy is saved.

| Pure Steam Generator | | |
Pure Steam Generator is designed to produce sterile, pyrogen free steam conforming to I.P./B.P & LAL TEST specifications.
OPERATION
D.M.Feed Water is fed to the 1st & 2nd Pre-Heater where it gets heated nearly to the boiling point. The feed water then passes to the main chamber where it is heated by means of external boiler steam. Due to heat exchange, surface evaporation of the feed water takes place to produce pyrogen free sterile steam.

| AIR PR. REGULATOR CUM FILTER : It consists of an airfilter and a regulating valve with nozzle.
PRESSURE / FILLING VESSEL: It is made out of AISI 316 quality and mirror polished from inside & outside. The vessel is designed for sterile solutions. A long tube for the outlet is provided to ensure complete draining of the liquid. It can be steam sterilized in an autoclave. Airtight sealing arrangement with silicon 'O' rings. Filling vessel is provided with a sight glass at top. Capacity- 20Ltrs. to 400Ltrs.
MEMBRANE FILTER HOLDER : Membrane filter holder is made out of AISI 316 quality and completely mirror polished. The filter holder is designed for sterile solutions. It is provided with support screens, silicon 'O' rings, etc. It can be steam sterilized in an autoclave. Optionally available with bubble test arrangement. Available in 13mm. 25mm.47mm,90mm,142mm & 293mm. |
| Sterile Manufacturing Tank | | |
We offer sterile manufacturing tanks, which are immensely used in pharmaceutical industry for syrup manufacturing. These manufacturing tanks consist of a liquid manufacturing vessel with baffles and ensure the smooth and thick consistency of syrup. They are jacketed with limpet coils for heating & cooling and can withstand internal vacuum. These tanks are equipped with a vacuum pump for transferring the syrups from manufacturing vessel to storage vessel. These tanks are connected by pipeline having filters to ensure uniformity in the process.

| We provide an exclusive range of distilled water storage tanks, which are available in both jacketed and non jacketed designs. These distilled water storage tanks are made from AISI 316 quality stainless steel and mirror polished from inside and outside. | Sterile Manufacturing Vessels | | |
| We offer Sterile Manufacturing Vessel that has all contact parts of SS 316 and non-contact parts of SS 304. Agitator entry sealing is done with Double Oil Seals (Silicon) for vessels upto 750 Ltrs. and Mechanical Seals for larger capacities. Smaller capacity vessels can also be provided with Mechanical Seals on demand. Heating / Cooling arrangement is provided. Vessels above 750 Ltrs. are provided with bottom outlet. CIP system provided on demand.
